Dashboards in MyMarkets:
How to create and manage individual workspaces
In this article, we explain what dashboards are in MyMarkets, how you can create new dashboards, add modules as well as how to switch and manage dashboards.
In MyMarkets, you can create individual workspaces from a variety of modules. A dashboard therefore consists of a collection of modules whose arrangement and size you can adapt to your personal requirements.
This means that different dashboards can be created for different trading strategies or market analyses and changed depending on current requirements.
2. Creating a new dashboard
To create a new workspace:
Click on the “+” in the workspace bar or select “Dashboards” in the top navigation bar
In the window that opens, you have two options:
Predefined dashboard: Select one of the templates under “Library”
Empty dashboard: Select a layout type under “New Dashboard” and name the workspace
After successful creation, the new dashboard opens automatically and appears as an additional tab in the workspace bar.
3. Adding modules
Open the “Modules” or “Account” drop-down menus in the top navigation bar
Select the desired modules, e.g. “Stock Screener”, “Equity Analytics” and “Chart”
Arrange the position of the modules using drag-and-drop and change the size by dragging the corners and edges of the modules
Modules can also be linked together to optimize the workflow. You can find more on this topic in our separate tutorial about the link mode.
4. Changing and managing dashboards
In the workspace bar at the top left, there is a separate tab for each dashboard. Here you can switch back and forth between the workspaces and use the menu (three horizontal lines) next to a tab heading to:
rename,
remove,
or open the dashboard in a separate pop-up window.
In addition, the order of the dashboards can be changed by dragging the tab headings to the left or right.
