Views in MyMarkets: Customize tables individually

In this article, you will learn how to customize your table views in MyMarkets modules so that the information relevant to you is visible at a glance.

1. What are views in MyMarkets?

In numerous MyMarkets modules, such as the Watchlist, securities are displayed in tables and lists. A so-called view determines which key figures and information are visible in the columns of these tables.

You can tell whether a module supports switching between different views by the “View” drop-down menu in the module control bar. Here you can switch between the different column configurations.

Predefined views are available, but you can also create your own custom views.

2. Create custom views

Custom views allow you to determine which information your table contains. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. To open the window for managing your views, click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the module and select “Column configuration”
  2. Click on “New” to create an empty column configuration.
  3. Alternatively, select one of the presets and click on “Duplicate” to copy it
  4. Name the new configuration

Drag and drop the desired information into the visible columns and arrange them to define the order

The new view can now be found in the “View” drop-down menu of the respective module and can be selected there.

3. Further settings

The following additional settings are available in the window for managing your views:

3.1 Renaming or deleting a view

Only custom column configurations can be renamed and deleted. To do this, first select the respective view.

  • Rename:
Click on “Rename”, enter a new name and confirm with “Save”
  • Delete:
Click on “Delete” and confirm the deletion process

The default view determines which column configuration is displayed when the module is opened in the future.

  1. To set a view as the default:
Select the desired custom or predefined view
  2. Click on “As Default”

The selected view is now loaded automatically when you open the module.
